布艺之家讯：Terms of claim for compensation
(1)如对所装货物持有异议或要求索赔，必须于货物到目的地后十五天内提出，否则概不受理。
Claim, if any must be made (laid,put in) within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at the destination, otherwise, none will be considered.
(2)如对所交之货有异议，索赔时须提供充分证明。
In case of a claim for compensation in respect of this consignment, it should be supported by adequare documents (sufficient evidence).
(3) 如对货物或在执行合同中发生争执，应友好协商解决不诉诸于法律。
Disputes, if arise, in connection with the shipment or with the execution of the contract shall be settLED amicably through negotiation without resorting to legal proceedings.
(4)如对方协商不能解决争执时可提交仲裁。
Disputes may be submitted for arbitration in case no settlement can be reached through negotiation between both parties.
(5)超过供应者责任范围的索赔案件概不受理。
Claim within the resposibility of any parties other than the supplier will not be accepted by us.
(6)如需诉诸仲裁，则应提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会进行。该委员会的裁决将作为最后依据对双方都有约束。
Arbitration, if neccessary, must be conducted by the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Beijing whose decision shall be accepted as final and binding upon both parties.
(7)有关保险及/或运输方面的索赔，应分别提交保险公司和/或运输公司办理。
Claim (claim for compensation) concerning insurance and /or transportation should be referred to the insurance company and /or the shipping company.
(8)如因人力不可抗拒的事故，以致延期交货或无法交货时，我们不负任何责任。
In the event of force majeure or any other contingencies beyond our control, we shall not be held responsible for the late delivery or nondelivery of the goods.
